Shipping
Usually our packets to European country’s travel some 5 to 10 days and to US 10 to 20 days. It mostly depends on postal service and customs of your country so we can’t guarantee those times but it’s our experience so far. Due to the COVID-19 situation world wide shipping times can be delayed. We try our best to ship them as soon as they are ready to ship but some delays can occur.

- Some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for airmail. Such as Canadian, USA and Australian post. You can track your package on site of Serbian post, it shows the last place in Serbia where your parcel was registered.
- If you prefer to ship via international express mail which included tracking and insurance please ask us for prices.
- If you package has not arrived please take it up with your local post office.
- I mark international orders as a gift.
Lost Packages
It’s CONSIDERED AS LOST if it doesn’t come within 60 days from sending date and tracking does not work.
- I will fill in the claim about the lost on our own.
- While the claim is being proceeded, I would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order – you choose the best option for you.
- If package is not lost but it is returned to me that information is visible via USPS Help because customer did not pick it up on time, I can only send it again but with reduced price for returning cost, fees and taxes.
